We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically taking 3–7 working days after order confirmation.
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we always strive to ensure timely delivery.

5. Exchange Policy

Please note that Elvoque does not offer returns or refunds.
However, exchanges are possible in the following cases:

The item received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product or color was sent.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and order details. Items must be unused, with original packaging intact.
