1. No Return or Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
All sales are considered final, as each item is inspected carefully before dispatch.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are possible only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item, wrong color, or damaged product.
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Please note: Minor variations in color due to lighting or display settings will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Send clear photos of the received product and mention your order details.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the parcel.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending back the item for exchange.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used or damaged items not reported within 48 hours
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during sale or discount campaigns
5. Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you wish to update details before dispatch, please contact us immediately — we will assist if possible.
